- Details: Such a beautiful Christmas pin! It is a gold tone metal with pretty rhinestones in red, blue, white and green with a star and white rhinestone on the top. The shape is a bit Retro, a bit Mod, very much in the enduring Mid Century style. The pin has a rollover safety clasp and it's signed on the back with the "JJ" mark for Jonette Jewelry. Overall a really well made piece, lots of attention to detail, the perfect accent for the holidays and a very nice gift.

Jonette Jewelry Company started as "The Providence Jewelry Company in Rhode Island circa 1935. The founder, Abraham Lisker, changed the name of the business to Lisker & Lisker when his brother joined the firm. After WWWII the name was changed again, to Jonette Jewelry Company. The initials "JJ" were first used in 1970. They hired designer Alan Weimer in the 1980's, who is responsible for some of this company’s most clever designs through the 80's and ‘90s. The company closed in 2006.
