A stunning example of a Cartier London Brooch, styled as a flower and set with 2.5tcw of rich red unheated Burmese rubies and old cut diamonds totalling .50ct.

These brooches are becoming very collectible. The spring mechanism works as well as it did the day it was made in the mid 1940s to 1950s.
